ORDERING


The pieces offered for sale through this Web site are made entirely by hand with the utmost care and attention to detail. Lisa puts her heart and soul into every piece that she creates and wants you to love your purchase. If you are happy, she is happy. If you have questions, please ask before placing an order and Lisa will happily answer them.

Ready-to-Ship - Ready-to-ship orders typically ship within 2-3 days of order confirmation. Occasionally, shipping may take longer if Lisa is away from her studio at the time an order is placed. If this happens, you will be notified via email of when to expect your piece.

Custom-Made Orders - Before placing a custom-made order, it is important that you consider the following:

Many of Lisa’s pieces incorporate natural gemstones as their focal points. Natural gemstones are very dynamic, each with its own personality. No two are the same, which is what makes them so unique and alluring. Colors and internal structures vary, and shades can can look different in natural versus artificial light. How one gemstones reacts to the heat stress of being cast directly into molten metal may be different to how another one reacts. This is what makes Lisa’s process so unique and exciting!

If a component of a piece, such as a gemstone, has to be special ordered, production time could take up to 8 weeks, depending on how long it takes for the component to ship.

Custom-made pieces are non-returnable, so it is important that, when ordering a ring, you order the correct size to ensure proper fit. If you don’t know your ring size, you should have your finger sized by a professional jeweler. Some of Lisa’s rings have wider bands and will fit more snugly than thinner bands, so you may need to order a 1/2 size up. It is also advisable that you measure your finger on several different occasions, as temperature and water retention can cause fingers to swell. If you have any doubts about which ring size to order, please contact Lisa before placing your order.

Lisa understands that jewelry is a very personal item and wants you to be 100% certain about your purchase. If you happen to have a change of heart, you will have up to 3 days after placing your order to cancel it, provided production has not already begun. Orders canceled after 3 days of placing an order will be refunded at 50% of the cost to offset production expenses.

Bespoke - Bespoke commissions are viewed as a partnership and involve regular communication and progress updates (videos and photographs) to ensure that both parties are on the same page throughout the entire creation process and that expectations are met.

RETURNS


If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you will have up to 7 days upon receipt to request a refund. Refunds will be issued on pieces that are returned in the same pristine condition as they were received and credited to the method of payment that was used to purchase the piece. Please contact Lisa to initiate the return process.

If an item is damaged in transit, is defective in any way, or does not fit properly, please contact Lisa immediately to discuss a resolution. 

All sales are final on custom-made and bespoke pieces.

For your protection, when returning a piece, you will need to ship it using a service that provides tracking and requires signature confirmation upon receipt. The package should be insured for the full value of the piece.

SHIPPING


United States - All orders placed within the United States will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail, insured for the value of the piece, and require signature confirmation upon receipt (for this reason, it cannot be shipped to a PO Box). Shipping takes between 2-3 business days. The cost of domestic shipping is $15.

International Orders – Orders placed outside the United States will be shipped using USPS International Priority Mail, declared as jewelry, and insured for the full value of the piece. Customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties. On occasions, international shipments can be delayed or held up in customs, which is beyond Lisa’s control. The cost of international shipping is $40.

Shipping Address – Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout, as any merchandise lost in transit due to incorrect shipping information is the customer’s responsibility. The order confirmation e-mail will list the shipping information entered during checkout. Please check this information carefully and contact Lisa immediately if an error has been made.
